MS-UB
Connector

The Ergonomic Tap Splice Connector

The Ergonomic Tap Splice Connector
This gel-filled moisture resistant UB tap splice connector (Blue lid), features space saving design.  Its pre-crimp feature allows the electrical contractors to position the UB and snap it into place with their fingers prior to final crimping.  The pre-crimp prevents the possibility of the wire slipping out of the connector before the tool crimp is made, lending itself to be a more effective and efficient splicing connector.

The UB also allows the user to tap directly into an existing wire without interrupting service.  In ready access closures the UB eliminates cutting cable pairs, open ends and piecing out wires.

The UB accepts 22 (0.6mm) through 26 (0.4mm) AWG paper, pulp and PIC air core or 24 (0.5mm) through 26 (0.4mm) AWG PIC filled core cable.
